Who I am professionally
I’m a product leader, builder, and advisor with 12+ years of experience, mainly in B2B SaaS. I’ve worked across established businesses and early-stage ventures, usually where the job is to turn ambiguity into better decisions, sharper execution, and useful momentum.
I bring a founder mindset, practical product judgement, and a hands-on interest in building. That now includes active work with consumer-grade AI, side projects, and real-world experimentation with what actually changes when these tools become part of how teams operate.
How I help
I work with founders, leaders, and teams who want better product judgement, clearer priorities, and stronger execution. The work is practical, commercially aware, and low on fluff.
That can mean helping a team improve product direction, coaching a leader through decisions that need clarity, or making AI and automation thinking more grounded, more useful, and more connected to the business.
What I’m focused on now
Right now I’m spending time on AI-native workflows, automation, product operating models, and agent or context systems that make modern tools genuinely useful in day-to-day work.
The thread running through it is simple: understanding what AI changes for product, growth, and operations, and how to use that change well rather than just shipping superficial features.

Helping teams think beyond AI features alone and use AI to improve customer value, growth, and internal scale.
Designing practical systems, workflows, and operating patterns that reduce drag and create leverage.
Supporting founders, leaders, and teams with grounded product thinking, execution clarity, and honest challenge.
Staying hands-on through side projects, experiments, and applied work that keeps the thinking practical.
Current projects / explorations
Exploring how teams can redesign work around AI rather than bolt it awkwardly onto existing process.
Building and testing systems that remove repetitive work, improve flow, and create operational leverage.
Looking at how product teams adapt when AI changes discovery, delivery, and the economics of execution.
Experimenting with memory, orchestration, and context so AI tools can be more useful in real working environments.
About
I’ve worked across established businesses and early-stage ventures, leading product strategy, teams, and execution where clarity, commercial judgement, and momentum all matter at the same time.
I’m drawn to the overlap of strategy, execution, systems, and building. My view is that AI should improve customer value, growth, and internal scale in practical ways, not just add noise to the roadmap.
